Q10 KDH Vice President Ryan Watson arranged a $5,000,000 Small Balance Freddie Mac loan on a multifamily property in West Houston. The loan provided a 4.40% fixed rate for 10 years, 3-years of interest only, followed by a 30-year amortization.
