Q10 Capital LLC and its affiliate Q10 Equity Advisors LLC are led by President and CEO, Robert M. Stout, CRI. Bob has been involved in the real estate industry for almost 3 decades, first on the development side and later in the high tech arena. Prior to joining Q10 Capital LLC, he served as Interim President of EnableUs, Inc., a technology solutions provider to the commercial mortgage banking industry. He has extensive management expertise in real estate acquisitions, development, leasing and finance as well as investor and analyst relations.

Bob provides a single point contact for the national borrower and is responsible for national loan origination, transaction management, consulting and asset management. He handles lender and investor relations for both Q10 Capital and Q10 Equity Advisors and ensures strict adherence to the high quality standards and core values of each company.

The company is governed by a four person executive committee and 17 person Board of Directors.
