We were able to provide a permanent loan to refinance our client’s construction loan. The hotel had only been operating for 3 months prior to loan terms being offered by the lender. We were able to lock rate for our client at that time and close shortly thereafter. The excellent location, quality of asset, and client’s experience helped us provide the permanent loan shortly after construction was finalized at the site.
