According the REBusinessOnline.com, A Houston-Atlanta partnership is developing over a half-million sq.ft. in Houston’s northwest industrial submarket.
Atlanta-based Weeks Robinson Properties and Houston-based Avera Cos. are planning the 562,000 sq.ft. Rampart Corporate Center at West Little York and Holliston Roads.
The first 131,000-sf building is set to open in October. Of that, 70,500 sq.ft. will be leased by furniture retailer Restoration Hardware.
The 40-acre, three-building industrial park is being designed by Powers Brown Architecture. CBRE Group will manage leasing.
